There can be conditions in favour of the seller, or conditions which assist both the buyer and seller. For example, a condition related to financing should simply state \u2018Subject to financing\u2019 or \u2018subject to the buyer getting financing\u2019.\u00a0 Once the buyer has ability to satisfy those conditions, the \u201csubject \u201ccan be removed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Completion: before the completion of the transaction, the buyer need to pay the deposit, have the home inspected, satisfy the conditions and subject clauses, finalize the mortgage, and purchase the home insurance. After that, the buyer can hire a lawyer or notary public. The lawyer will take over the following steps of completion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
